What is
BOX30?

30 Minute Sessions

Energetic and sweat-inducing, BOX30 sessions are delivered by your own fitness coach throughout the session. Our 30-minute workouts have been optimised to deliver you the best results possible!

Full Body Workout

Core strength, agility, speed and power training are all components of our full body workout. We will combine resistance and cardio training so both your fitness and physique see massive improvements.

Refined Techniques

You will learn and refine new training and boxing techniques such as footwork, posture, correct punching and protection during our high intensity BOX30 sessions. BOX30 will teach you how to exercise safely and effectively which can improve your health, fitness, wellbeing and mental health.

No Class Times

At BOX30 it’s impossible to be late for your session. Just arrive during our opening hours and we start every three minutes.
